This is exactly our philosophy – accompany us on a culinary journey to the land of the rising sun and feel like a guest in our home! We attach great importance to freshness and quality. But regionality and sustainability are also very important to us personally. For this reason, we are particularly proud of all our collaborations. To this end, we work closely with local businesses.

We completely avoid flavor enhancers and preservatives, making our dishes perfect for sensitive stomachs. If you have allergies or intolerances, please let us know. We surely have a suitable alternative for you! Many of our broths simmer for at least 14-18 hours, using only water, meat/bones, onions, garlic, and ginger. We also make all the pastes and sauces that give your ramen its distinctive flavor ourselves. This allows us to know every single component in your bowl and accommodate special requests at any time!
