Delivery or Take-away

Craving a bowl of our delicious, homemade ramen but can’t quite motivate yourself to head out the door? No problem! Just order conveniently through one of our partners.

Availability & Delivery Times

Please bear with us if things take a little longer sometimes – drivers are often on the road for 40-60 minutes in Aachen’s city traffic for 2-3 orders at once. Unfortunately, this applies to all deliveries, whether through Lieferando, Uber Eats or Wolt.

Online orders are also automatically paused on the respective platform if there aren’t enough available drivers in the area. This usually only affects one provider at a time, though, so you’ll still have two alternatives!

Wait Times on Weekends

We’d like to apologize in advance and ask for your understanding: deliveries on Fridays or Saturdays can sometimes take significantly longer – regardless of driver availability.

This is partly due to a higher volume of orders, and partly because we also have a lot of orders directly here in the restaurant.

We prepare all orders fairly, in the order they come in. Unfortunately, that also means it can happen that 30–40 orders are already ahead of a single delivery, even if a driver were theoretically available.

Treating all our guests equally is important to us. That’s why we’ve deliberately decided not to give priority to orders placed through delivery platforms.

Pick-up

Of course, you can also order by phone at any time and simply pick up your ramen yourself. That’s usually a lot faster!

Preparation

Offering ramen as take-away isn’t all that easy, partly because our noodles have very short cooking times. So here are a few tips:

Broth not hot enough anymore?

Just heat it up briefly in a pot or the microwave – but please only the broth, without noodles & toppings.

Too Good To Go

Too Good To Go

As some of you have probably already noticed, you can occasionally find us on Too Good To Go, too.

Why only occasionally? It’s because we usually plan our quantities quite carefully, so by the end of the day there’s hardly ever anything left to rescue. But if there ever is something left over, we’re happy to pack it up for you – just stop by in the evening to pick it up. So keep your eyes open!

Problems

We always try our best! Unfortunately, mistakes can still happen sometimes.

So if there’s ever a problem with your order, feel free to call us directly and send us an email with your order number, the date of your order and your name. We’ll then take care of finding a suitable solution as quickly as possible!
