Craving a bowl of our delicious, homemade ramen, but can’t quite motivate yourself to go out? No problem! Just order conveniently through one of our delivery partners.
Availability & delivery times
Please understand that delivery can sometimes take a bit longer. Drivers may spend 40–60 minutes in Aachen traffic to deliver 2–3 orders. Unfortunately, this affects all deliveries—whether you order via Lieferando Uber Eats or Wolt.
Online ordering on a platform may also be paused automatically if there aren’t enough available drivers in the area. This usually only affects one provider at a time—so you’ll still have two alternatives.
Weekend waiting times
We’d like to apologise and ask for your understanding: deliveries on Fridays and Saturdays can sometimes take significantly longer—regardless of driver availability. This is due to higher order volume and because we also have many orders directly in our restaurant.
We prepare all orders fairly, in the exact order they are received. This means that sometimes 30–40 orders may be ahead of a single delivery—even if a driver is technically available.
Treating all guests equally is important to us. That’s why we’ve deliberately chosen not to prioritise orders from delivery platforms.
Pick-up
You can also order by phone at any time and simply pick up your ramen yourself—this is usually much faster!
Offering ramen for take-away isn’t easy, especially because our noodles have very short cooking times. Here are a few tips:

Why only occasionally? We usually plan our quantities well, so there’s rarely much left to rescue at the end of the day. But if we do have more left over, we’re happy to pack it for you. Just keep an eye out!
We always do our best—but mistakes can happen.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us directly by phone and send us an email including your order number, the date of your order, and your name. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible and find a good solution.
