Ramen (ラーメン) — the iconic Japanese noodle soup with a hearty broth, wheat noodles, and a variety of toppings such as meat, vegetables, and egg. We place great importance on regional and fresh ingredients.
To offer you the most authentic taste experience possible, we import our products directly from Japan. Our noodles are produced in Sapporo, on the northern island of Hokkaidō, and are carefully frozen right after production to ensure they arrive fresh at our restaurant.

A classic choice of Japanese starters (前菜), great for sharing or as a first taste. Everything is freshly handmade with love — which means that on busy days, especially weekends, you might need to wait a little longer. Our gyoza (餃子) and takoyaki (たこ焼き) are always made fresh, never frozen — cooked Osaka-style over an open flame. Definitely worth the wait!
Homemade pickled vegetables, freshly prepared for you following a traditional Japanese family recipe.
Here you’ll find a selection of our non-alcoholic drinks. If you’re wondering why we serve both fritz-kola and Coca-Cola, the answer is simple: many of our guests keep asking for Coca-Cola. Personally, I’m a fritz-kola fan, but even my wife prefers Coca-Cola — so with us, the choice is yours.
Please don’t be disappointed if Calpis is sometimes unavailable. Due to import bottlenecks and delivery issues, we cannot always serve this delicious Japanese drink. But rest assured, we do our very best to offer it as often as possible.
Decide for yourself: Classic or Zero — sugar-free, just the way you like it.
We also serve fritz-kola — Original or Classic Light, sugar-free. The choice is yours.
Enjoy the sparkling, fruity lemonade from fritz-limo — a refreshing choice in Orange or Lemon.
Enjoy fruity-fresh organic spritzers from fritz-spritz — available in Apple, Grape, and Rhubarb.
Our hand-picked selection of Japanese teas gives you a truly authentic tea experience. Quality comes first — that’s why we source through Orkyoki, who work directly with small organic tea farmers in Japan. Because of this, not every tea is always available, but we’ll do our best to keep your favorite on the menu.
Low in caffeine with a natural sweetness. Made not from the leaves but from tender young stems and stalks, Kukicha is rich in amino acids and offers a sweet, nutty, and creamy aroma.
Japanese black tea with an overwhelming aroma and a fine, captivating sweetness. Light and smooth, it delights with a subtle floral taste. The tea comes from Kagoshima in southern Japan, while the cherry leaves and blossoms are from Nagano, located west of Japan and just north of Tokyo.
A warming, full-bodied taste experience. Organic brown rice provides the roasted aroma, beautifully harmonizing with the distinctive flavor of premium Sencha from Yame in southern Japan.
Premium Bancha from southern Japan. A light aroma with nutty notes and a hint of sweetness — a perfect companion to meals. A gentle tea with low caffeine but rich in tannins, known for their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Here you’ll find a selection of Japanese alcoholic beverages. As with everything we serve, we keep our choices small, personal, and carefully curated.
For our sake, we have deliberately chosen a Ginjo from Hiroshima — not only because the region is renowned for its fine rice and pure water, but also because this sake can be enjoyed both chilled and warm. The ideal serving temperature ranges from 5°C to 35°C.
We’ve applied the same philosophy to our whisky selection. Japan is now world-renowned for its premium whiskies, distinguished by elegance, balance, and refined aromas. With us, you’ll find classics like Suntory Old and Suntory Royal, representing tradition and depth, as well as Kirin Riku, offering a modern, lighter interpretation.
Of course, we also serve Japanese beer: Asahi, crisp and dry, and Sapporo, smooth and malty — two classics that pair beautifully with our dishes.
A light lager with balanced sweetness, a higher hop and malt content — bold in flavor yet refreshingly crisp!
Mild in taste with a delicate, spicy-dry aroma and subtle notes of rice and corn. The ideal companion to Japanese dishes.
Soft, with a pronounced malty note. Distinctly mature and fruity character. Dry and spicy finish with a distinctive woody note.
Looking for a sweet temptation? End your evening with our small but fine selection of popular Japanese desserts (デザート).
Since we deliberately avoid ready-made products and prepare all our desserts fresh with love, there may be times when we cannot offer dessert. Your best chances are towards the weekend!
