Ramen
Ramen (ラーメン) — the iconic Japanese noodle soup with a hearty broth, wheat noodles, and a variety of toppings such as meat, vegetables, and egg. We place great importance on regional and fresh ingredients.
To offer you the most authentic taste experience possible, we import our products directly from Japan. Our noodles are produced in Sapporo, on the northern island of Hokkaidō, and are carefully frozen right after production to ensure they arrive fresh at our restaurant.
Tori Shoyu Ramen
鶏醬油ラーメンDelicate corn-fed chicken broth, enhanced with our homemade Kyushu-style Shoyu Tare — richly full-bodied, accompanied by Teriyaki chicken, kikurage mushrooms, and ajitsuke tamago.
Tori Miso Ramen
鶏味噌ラーメンDelicate corn-fed chicken broth, enhanced with our homemade miso tare — savory and full-flavored, accompanied by karaage chicken, narutomaki, and ajitsuke tamago.
Paitan Shio Ramen
鶏白湯ラーメンCreamy corn chicken broth with toppings of tenderly braised chicken (chashu style), ajitsuke tamago, and katsuobushi.
Tonkotsu Ramen
豚骨ラーメンRich pork broth, refined with our homemade tare, served with tender braised chashu, kikurage mushrooms, and ajitsuke tamago. We use only free-range pork from the Ardennes (Porc Qualité Ardenne).
Tantanmen
担担Creamy broth, refined with our homemade tantan sesame tare and chili oil, served with your choice of tofu or minced pork.
Veggie Miso Ramen
野菜味噌ラーメンClear vegetable broth made from kombu and fresh mushrooms, refined with our homemade miso tare, served with vegetable tempura, kikurage, tofu, and fresh vegetables.
Tokyo-Style
Tokyo-style ramen (東京風ラーメン) is characterized by its clear, well-balanced shoyu seasoning and a fine harmony between lightness and aromatic depth.
Toyko-Style Tori Shoyu Ramen
東京風鶏醬油ラーメンDelicate corn-fed chicken broth, enhanced with our homemade Tokyo-style Shoyu tare — light and subtly sweet, accompanied by Teriyaki chicken, kikurage mushrooms, and ajitsuke tamago.
Tokyo-Style Tonkotsu Shyou Ramen
東京風豚骨醤油ラーメンRich pork broth, refined with our homemade Tokyo-style Shoyu tare, served with tender braised chashu, kikurage mushrooms, and ajitsuke tamago. We use only free-range pork from the Ardennes (Porc Qualité Ardenne).
