Soba (そば) – The traditional Japanese buckwheat noodle, light, healthy and incredibly versatile. Rich in protein and fibre, it is the perfect light indulgence – especially on warm days. We import our soba directly from Japan, where the noodle has been a cornerstone of food culture for centuries. Our Tsuyu (つゆ) – the classic Japanese seasoning and dipping sauce made from dashi, mirin and soy sauce – prepared fresh and homemade.
Zaru Soba
ざるそばBuckwheat noodles served cold with our homemade Tsuyu (つゆ) for dipping and crispy tempura freshly prepared for you. Light, easy on the stomach and the ideal snack for warm days.
Kake Soba

Niku Soba
